Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information with your order online alternatively select "Credit Card details sent seperately" when ordering and send via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping charges are shown when ordering.
Delivery Schedule
Orders received by 2pm GMT are usually despatched the following day. The time in transit will be dictated by the shipping method you choose when ordering.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
Faulty goods may be returned for credit provided you first contact us for a "Returns Number". Regrettably returned goods without a Returns Number cannot be accepted.
Remittance Terms
For Credit Card orders we will charge your card immediately prior to despatch. For Cheque payments we require clearance of the funds prior to despatch. (Usually 5 working days).
